Prior to joining ACC in 1994, Ezzat Jaafar worked as assistant credit officer in the corporate banking division at National Bank of Kuwait H.O where he gained extensive experience and knowledge in credit facilities and various banking operations serving corporate client's needs. As General Manager and partner of ACC, he is responsible for managing the overall operations and setting the strategy of the company, assuring profitability and continuous growth. He graduated in 1992 from Hanover College, Indiana, USA and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Chief Financial Officer and Assistant General Manager
Dr. Sameer has more than 11 years of mixed experience in private sector finance at senior and executive level and academic field. He was an Assistant Professor in Philadelphia University in Amman-Jordan.
Dr Sameer Isbeih is ACC’s Chief Financial Officer & Assistant General Manager, and is responsible for all financial operations, general accounting, cash management, budgeting and financial planning.
Dr Sameer holds a PhD. in Finance; Masters Degree in Economic, Administration & Financial Management (EAFM), as well as professional certification of Master Financial Controller(MFC) from the International Academy of Financial Management.
Abdul Hamid carries with him vast experience both in commercial and project domains of Fire and Security Systems. Abdul Hamid’s career with ACC spans over 16 years. Under his leadership ACC has seen steady progress in fire & security business. Prior to joining Arabian Construction Co. (ACC) Abdul Hamid has served in Kuwait market in various technical positions related to design, installation and maintenance of Fire Fighting and Alarm Systems. He has a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Friends, Russia.
Wahid joined ACC in 1995 as Telecom Engineer and grew in positions to Telecom Division Manager and Deputy ICT Dept. Manager. As the Telecom Divison Head, he is responsible for Pre-Sales, Engineering Architecture & Integration, Equipment Procurement for Installation, Proposals Preparations, Assignment of projects HR resources to projects, and Projects Commercial Evaluation and Execution. He is a specialist in Telecommunications, Broadcast, and Navigation Network Architectures & Integrations. He has worked as Research Engineer at Doremi CA USA, as Electron Beam Program Engineer at Align Rite CA USA, as Research Assistant in Statistical Predictive Video Compression Algorithm for NASA JPL Jupiter Space Probe Galileo. Wahid holds BSc. and MSc. Degree from California, Los Angeles University, USA in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Telecom & Digital Signals Processing.
As QA Manager and Management Representative, she is the prime custodian of ACC’s quality management system. She formulates comprehensive quality procedures, ensures their implementation throughout the organization, plans regular internal audits, conducts periodic reviews and facilitates smooth surveillance by external auditors and strives for continual improvement of the quality management system of ACC. She has earned a masters degree in Business Administration (MBA in HR & Fin) from National Institute of Management – Mumbai India in addition to IRCA – QMS Lead Auditor course from M/s. Bureau Veritas – Kuwait.
Ali is handling all administrative and HR issues of ACCs employees such as recruitments, visa, residence, all types of leave applications, salary upgrades, formulation of new policies and procedures for the company, interaction with manpower recruitment consultants, employee appraisals, promotions, deals with resignations, terminations, indemnities, import & export materials clearance formalities. He is also responsible for renewal of all kinds of company licenses and ACC office maintenance. He has a diploma in Accounts and book keeping from National Bank of Kuwait.
