Project Overview : Implemention of Oracle HRMS a turnkey solution

Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), a banker and financial advisor to Kuwait government with objectives such as issue of currency and supervision of banking system within the State of Kuwait depended on multiple disparate systems ranging from their legacy mainframe, MS Access database and office productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word for information pertaining to human resources, personnel and payroll. Access to information was slow and inefficient. CBK was interested in having an integrated view to the HR data which could reduce access time and be efficient.

As a prime contractor, ACC successfully implemented Oracle HRMS a turnkey solution at CBK with modules including;

  • Oracle HR
  • Oracle Payroll
  • Oracle Training Administration
  • Oracle Time and Labor
  • Oracle Self Service HR

Further development of gateways for integration with Time & Attendance system, FileNet Document Management System, and an IVR solution has helped CBK employees to interact with the Oracle HRMS solution over the telephone. CBK has now extended this Project to cater review of grading structure and has also signed an On-going support contract with ACC.
